Maverick Windows was curious about AI and how it could help their business, but they were having a hard time finding a solution that piqued their interest and offered exactly what they needed. 

Some of the areas they were facing challenges they needed AI to help solve included: 

  1. Human Capital: The Maverick Windows team was full of great inside sales reps (ISRs), but they were looking for a solution to help them become more efficient and effective.
  2. Speed to Lead: Opportunities were missed because ISRs weren’t able to take action quickly enough. 
  3. Lack of Customer Reviews: Maverick Windows was lacking a strong presence online and needed to be able to leverage reviews to establish trust with prospective customers and earn their business.
